IB Candidate School Status for AKA, Maputo

The Aga Khan Academy, Maputo was granted IB candidate school status by the International Baccalaureate on 4 June 2014. Attaining recognition as a candidate school is an important step in the process toward becoming an authorised IB World School for the Primary Years Programme. The Academy will now be able to proceed further with the requirements for authorisation.
