Join an International Academy Family

Each student will join a diverse Academy family of students and staff, developing lifelong connections. In Grade 9, they may spend a term at another school in our network through the Student Exchange Programme, immersing themselves in a new culture.

Building Well-being and Supportive Connections
Personal, social and health education, or PSHE, is an integral part of AKA Hyderabad’s Middle Years Programme, supporting students’ social, emotional and ethical development and helping them lead balanced, healthy lives.
In a PSHE workshop titled “Managing Emotions”, students in Grades 6–12 learnt the importance of pausing, reflecting and developing practical strategies to understand and respond to their feelings. Through role plays, discussions, games and more, they explored how emotions evolve with age, shape identity and influence relationships, as well as constructive ways to cope during challenging moments.
The sessions also strengthened peer connections, fostering trust and support, and reminded students that they are never alone – friends, teachers and the school community are always there to listen and help.

Bhaavik Mamidala, a Class of 2025 alumnus, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in physics at the University of Notre Dame in the US with a scholarship of $67,900 per year.
