Hi, I am Usha, a Mathematics teacher and the Diploma Programme Coordinator, currently in my fifth year at the Academy. My journey here has been deeply rewarding, both professionally and personally. My relationship with students extends far beyond academics—I see myself not only as a teacher but also as a mentor, guide, cheerleader and, at times, a parent and friend. 

Every interaction is an opportunity to learn, as I believe each learner brings unique perspectives that enrich our shared experience. At the Academy, this reciprocal exchange of knowledge and values fosters growth for both students and educators. I firmly believe that we learn best when we teach and teach best when we continue to learn.
